Course Description

For Intro Students: A 6-week course that will open the door to endless possibilities of clay! Learn the foundations of handbuilding and structural techniques to make your ceramic ideas come to life! From functional to sculptural, we will teach you the building blocks and guide you through expected challenges. Great beginning course for those who really want to get to know clay! With guided prompts, learn to plan and troubleshoot structural challenges and add more surface design techniques to your creative repertoire. Cancelation Policy

WHEELHOUSE CLAY CANCELLATION POLICY Clay Play One-Time Classes: Once enrollment is booked, enrollment is non-refundable and non-transferrable to another date. Should a class not fill sufficiently, we may cancel it one week prior to the first class session and will issue a refund. 6-Week Sessions: There are no make-up classes. Due to COVID-19, we are limiting our class sizes and therefore cannot accommodate make-ups. We are happy to give you other informational resources that covers the topics and techniques you missed during class time. To request a cancellation and refund, you must email wheelhouseclaysf@gmail.com. Refunds requested more than one week prior to the first class are fully refundable minus processing and administration fee of $60. Refunds requested within one week of the first class are 50% refundable minus administration and processing fee of $60. There will be no refunds once the first day of the session begins. Should a class not fill sufficiently, we may cancel it one week prior to the first class session.
